Account creation is restricted to authorized personnel. Users are responsible for the security of their passwords and for all activities under their account. The administration reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
All content, including code, design, and trademarks, are protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the 201 System will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure at all times.
The provider's liability for any disputes arising from the use of the system is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law.
Your use of the system is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All legal matters shall be settled in the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Philippines.
